Name: Clarence Ogburn
Rank and Title:
Sergeant, Richmond Division

Professional History:
Sgt. Ogburn is retired from the federal government as a risk analysis specialists after honorably serving as a Sergeant in the USMC.  He currently manages the Patrol Division and serves as Assistant Chief in absence of Captain Clark.  Sgt. Ogburn has had formal police education and has been certified in Community Policing for Public Housing and Entry into Drug Neighborhoods.  He has received awards for Expert Pistol, Outstanding Achievement and the recipient of our Officer of the Year Award for 2000.  Sgt. Ogburn is presently continuing his education to receive his Bachelors Degree and to hold the title of CPP (Certified Protection Professional)

Name: Mark Clemens

Sgt. Clemens is formerly a native of Wilmington NC from which he enlisted in November 1993 to serve in the United States Army.  He is a graduate of the USA Military Police Academy and was honorably discharged in November 2000.  Sgt. Clemens currently attending the police academy as a member of the Virginia Beach Police Department and is on a leave of absence.

Officer Mahone is a graduate from the J.F. Kennedy H.S. in Richmond Virginia.  He has received awards for Expert Pistol, Outstanding Achievement and is currently attending collage to obtain his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.  Officer Mahone serves as acting Sgt. several night per week in the absence of Sgt. Ogburn

Officer Franklin is certified as an Emergency Medical Technician and holds a Instructors License for Emergency Vehicle Operation.  He is currently serving as a full time community officer and has developed excellent programs for a 392 unit apartment complex.  Officer Franklin is certified in Community Policing; and Entry into Drug Neighborhoods.  He received the award for "Rookie of the Year 2000"

Officer Womack is a full time Sergeant with the Richmond Sheriffs Department (1992 -present)  He was enlisted in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in 1986.  Officer Womack is our senior community officer working with the Richmond Re-Development and Housing Authority.   He has received awards for Outstanding Achievement

Name: Brett Creamer

Professional History:
Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.  Officer Creamer currently serves as senior officer for our Northern Virginia operations.  He has experience as a Onsite and Patrol Specialists.  Officer Creamer is also the Web Master who designed this site and several other police departments.  He has received awards for Expert Pistol and Outstanding Achievement. 

Name:  Charles Self

Professional History:
Officer Self is a former Richmond City Deputy Sheriff with over five years experience.  He attended the North Greenville Jr. Collage for his additional formal education.  Officer Self currently serves as the senior officer for the prestigious Richmond Ballet.  He has received numerous accolades from staff, parents and guests of this facility as well as awards for Outstanding Development and Achievement.

Name: George Bland

Professional History:
Officer Bland holds a Masters Degree and is a graduate of West Point.  His military career spans from 1943-1974 when he retired from serving our country as a United States Army Colonel. 
He has received numerous awards with our agency including Officer of the Year 1999, Good Conduct, Perfect Attendance (2nd year), Outstanding Achievement and Meritorious Service. 
Officer Bland has attend the Police Media Relations course.

Served with the United States Army 1983-1991 with a Honorable Discharge.  Officer Woolridge has an exceptional background having served as a Corrections Officer and a Richmond Deputy Sheriff.

Officer Mills is a full time Deputy with the Richmond Sheriffs Office.

Jeff Debreaux; Onsite Specialists Tidewater Office since July 1999
Officer Debreaux is a full time Corrections Officer and currently serves with the United States Army since 1991.

Janice Payne; Onsite Specialists; Tidewater Office since August 2000
Officer Payne has a two year Degree in Business Management.

Robert Cotton; Onsite Specialist; Tidewater Office since December 2000
Officer Cotton is a active duty Military Police Officer and has been serving in the United States Navy since 1986.  He serves as acting Sergeant in the absence of Sgt. Clemens. (Other info restricted)
