Patrol officers utilize varied methods of technology to accomplish a nightly patrol such as marked or unmarked units, bike or foot patrols. Traditionally most of our client’s feel that 2-3 inspections per a ten-hour shift are sufficient to maintain a viable presence to ward off potential criminal activity and report on any liability issues or problems. The officer normally spends up to 30 minutes on an average sized location such as an apartment community or auto dealership. During this time the officers are making patrols by vehicle, foot, mountain bike or a combination of such to provide the highest level of visibility. Our officers are "professional observers" make no mistake about it. We observe and report on a multitude of situations the ordinary person would miss all together. The patrol officer systematically scans your property for such things as; open doors and windows, persons walking around, illegally parked vehicles, fire and safety hazards as well as any criminal activity. Each item that is brought to the officer's attention is noted in his nightly report, which is left for your inspection the following morning. Patrol officers also respond to alarm calls, lockouts or any calls for service from residents or management concerning disturbances or other problems. This gives your clients, staff and loved ones easy access to a rapid response team to handle any situation. Our normal night can be anything but normal for most Physical Security Officers as we interact nightly with local law enforcement to protect your property.
