Once you purchase a Creamer Graphics product or single image, your legal association with Creamer Graphics is governed by a Creamer Graphics License Agreement.

Here are the two license agreements we offer.:
Creamer Graphics Comping License: This license governs the free comp images that you download from our website and the images contained in promotional offers. Use them to:
(1) Get a better look at the artwork.
(2) Design comps and displaying comps to clients.

Creamer Graphics Product License: Purchase images from our website or on CD-ROM and you're licensed to use them anytime, anywhere, and in any medium:
(1) Calendars, greeting cards and posters, business cards and brochures.
(2) Advertising and presentations, promotion campaigns.
(3) Website, online and multimedia designs.
(4) Materials for comping presentations to clients.
(5) Book jackets,interior pages, as well as magazines and newspapers.
(6) Trade show displays, exhibits and billboards.
(7) Packaging of all types as well as products for resale.

For All Users:
(1) Creamer Graphics requests a credit reading "images copyright © 2002 Creamer Graphics, Inc." appear bordering the images or in a visible credits page or screen.
(2) Pornographic, slanderous, derogatory or otherwise unlawful use of Creamer Graphics images is prohibited.
